600V/3A THREE-PHASE FULL-BRIDGE DRIVER WITH LOGIC CONTROL (INTELLIGENT POWER MODULE)

    SDM03B60DAS is a three-phase brushless DC motor driver with the 180° sinusoidal commutation controller chip and the high voltage gate driver chip. It provides optimum motor drive system and downsizing the built-in PCB of the motor.

    SDM03B60DAS integrates functions such as UVLO (under-voltage protection), OCP (over-current protection), TSD(thermal shutdown) and CL(current limiting), provides perfect protection and fail-safe operation.

  • Built-in bootstrap diodes with limit resistors
